As part of the programme, our youths are expected to plan and organise welfare initiatives. Leading a team of volunteers who wanted to give back to the conservancy workers who maintain our estate on a consistent basis.

We provided free food, games, photobooth and trivia activities, all part of an enjoyable day off for the conservancy workers.

Halloween Horror Night is our flagship event that attracts more than 1,000 residents every year. The youths will come together to put up a kids-friendly haunted house, while the brave ones will take on the challenging haunted house. Many family-friendly activities were catered as well, alongside performances, food and craft activities.

Each year, this will be the highlight of the youth volunteer's involvement within the community, leading close to 30 volunteers.

As part of the celebrations for Mother's Day & Father's Day, the Youth Leaders will come together to thank our everyday heroes. We have expanded the scope of appreciation.

Not just fathers or fathers-to-be that were strolling around the community, but also merchants who are tirelessly serving us during special occasions. These are everyday faces that we often see, and we hope to share the little joyful occasion with them.

The Tampines West Youth Leaders spent hours of collaborative effort to design puzzles and tasks as part of the Amazing Race, encouraging problem-solving and teamwork amongst families. Adding a tech-driven element with the live tracking and real-time leaderboard injected an exciting, modern twist into the experience.​

The locations were strategically located for residents to discover the hidden gems in Tampines West.
